Role Overview
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with strong Full Stack Development (FSD) skills to build and enhance AI-powered SaaS features. This role involves working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT and Anthropic performing prompt engineering and model tweaking and developing full-stack components using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
The ideal candidate is hands-on curious and comfortable working across AI backend and frontend layers of modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and integrate LLM-based features using GPT / Anthropic models
Perform prompt engineering prompt tuning and response optimization
Build AI-driven workflows APIs and services for SaaS products
Develop full-stack features including frontend backend and integrations
Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor GitHub Copilot etc.) to accelerate development
Collaborate with Product ML and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features
Validate AI outputs and improve responses using feedback loops
Ensure performance scalability and security of applications
Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in software development
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT Anthropic or similar)
Strong skills in prompt engineering and model tweaking
Experience in full stack development (React / Angular / Vue / Python / Java / .NET)
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience using Cursor GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools
Good to Have
Exposure to chatbot or conversational AI development
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with vector databases or RAG-based systems
Knowledge of basic MLOps concepts
