Lead with Vision

Take ownership of P&L management ensuring financial health and sustainable expansion.
Identify and launch new revenue streams and business opportunities that align with our creative
education ecosystem.
Build and Empower Teams
Lead mentor and inspire a team of passionate sales and counselling professionals.
Foster a collaborative performance-driven and growth-oriented culture.
Invest in people through training coaching and leadership development to help your team grow and succeed.
Enhance the Student Experience
Redefine how students experience from the first enquiry to final enrollment.
Champion personalised transparent and empathetic counselling ensuring every student feelsguided and supported.
Build systems and processes that turn curiosity into commitment improving conversions while keeping relationships at the heart of it.
Collaborate and Grow
Partner with marketing admissions and academic teams to create a seamless student journey.
Build meaningful alliances with schools corporates and institutions to strengthen reach and reputation.
Stay ahead of trends use market insights competitor analysis and feedback to guide decisions.
Deliver Excellence
Oversee accurate forecasting sales dashboards and business reviews for leadership.
Bring structure and efficiency to daily operations while maintaining a people-first approach.
Key Skills & Attributes:
15 18 years of progressive experience in sales leadership ideally within education-driven industries.
Strong command over P&L management strategy and execution.
A proven ability to lead teams coach talent and inspire performance.
Deep understanding of student counselling dynamics and the ability to connect with young aspirants
Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
