Job Description:

1. Customer Consultation & Recommendation

  • Understand customer preferences needs and requirements through effective communication.

  • Recommend the best possible style options that align with the customers taste and occasion.

  • Provide personalized fashion advice that enhances customer satisfaction.

2. Fashion Styling & Upselling

  • Create appealing and on-trend style combinations to encourage additional purchases.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate the value of complementary products.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends product features and inventory to support recommendations.

3. Order Conversion & Sales Performance

  • Convert customer interactions into confirmed orders with high accuracy and efficiency.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.

  • Track and report on personal sales performance metrics.

4. Customer Support & Query Resolution

  • Assist customers with customization requests urgent delivery needs and other product-related queries promptly.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and production teams to meet special requirements.

  • Provide timely updates and resolution to enhance overall customer experience and loyalty.

5. Post-Order Experience Management

  • Support customers with alterations returns or any post-purchase requirements to ensure satisfaction.

  • Act as a single point of contact for post-order assistance and problem resolution.

6. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Proactively reach out to regular customers to introduce new styles and personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

7. Brand Coordination

  • Liaise with brand representatives to obtain timely responses and solutions for customer queries.

  • Coordinate effectively to ensure accurate and prompt communication between customers and brands.

8. Feedback Collection & Process Improvement

  • Collect constant feedback from customers regarding products and service experiences.

  • Share insights and feedback with brand managers to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in products and customer service.
