2. Fashion Styling & Upselling
Create appealing and on-trend style combinations to encourage additional purchases.
Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate the value of complementary products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends product features and inventory to support recommendations.
3. Order Conversion & Sales Performance
Convert customer interactions into confirmed orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.
Track and report on personal sales performance metrics.
4. Customer Support & Query Resolution
Assist customers with customization requests urgent delivery needs and other product-related queries promptly.
Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and production teams to meet special requirements.
Provide timely updates and resolution to enhance overall customer experience and loyalty.
5. Post-Order Experience Management
Support customers with alterations returns or any post-purchase requirements to ensure satisfaction.
Act as a single point of contact for post-order assistance and problem resolution.
6. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
Proactively reach out to regular customers to introduce new styles and personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

7. Brand Coordination
