Job Summary

Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking care of customer complaints dispatch status after sales service in coordination with salesperson.
- Responsible for handling portals/ enquires for India Mart and other websites.
- Responsible for forwarding the enquires to sales team considering the specifications location etc.
- Preparing sales quote and sales order in coordination with sales team. (Maintain Sales Report)
- Taking follow ups and confirmation from customer for dispatch. Or inform clients for any delay or issues Advance payment collection and Follow ups etc.
- To follow up with Production team to make material ready before Dispatch Date.
- Coordination with Customer to provide support and Coordination with inter department for execution of orders.
- Follow ups with customers for repeat orders.
- Preparing PI & PO when and where required
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS office with Decent typing Speed
- Excellent written & verbal communication
