About the Opportunity
A high-growth player in the Indian residential and commercial real estate brokerage and proptech sector focused on advisory-led property sales channel partnerships and on-ground customer acquisition. We sell housing projects investment properties and commercial spaces across major Indian metrosdelivering end-to-end sales experiences from listing to handover.
Primary role title (market-standard): Real Estate Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads into property salesmanage the full sales cycle from site visits to closure.
- Conduct regular on-site property tours and inspections; present project features pricing and investment returns to buyers and brokers.
- Negotiate commercial terms prepare offers and coordinate contract execution while ensuring RERA and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and update CRM records track pipeline metrics and follow up on payment milestones and documentation.
- Coordinate with operations legal finance and after-sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture a local broker network and channel partnerships to amplify listings and referral pipelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record in real estate sales or brokerage with demonstrated deal closures.
- RERA compliance knowledge and experience handling property documentation.
- Strong property valuation and investment-return assessment skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management.
- Experience using major property portals for listings and lead capture.
- Effective negotiation strategies for pricing discounts and closure.
Preferred
- Existing local broker network or channel relationships in target cities.
- Familiarity with commercial leasing and corporate sales processes.
- Exposure to proptech tools or lead automation platforms.
