Role Objective:
To lead the polymer sales vertical with a strategic and execution-driven approach ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved team performance is optimized and market share is strengthened for the company's recyclate brands in PET and Polyolefins. The incumbent must possess strong domain knowledge in the polymer industry production capacity planning and customer relationship management with top national and regional brands.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of the polymer and recyclate industry (PET PP HDPE etc.).
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams across geographies.
- Strong acumen in production coordination and capacity-based selling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise in sales dashboards CRM tools and data analytics.
- Strategic thinking with a sharp market and customer-oriented mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science/Engineering/Marketing/Business Management.
- 15–20 years of experience in polymer sales with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in dealing with recycled polymers or sustainability-focused polymer solutions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to both domestic and export markets will be an advantage.
