Job Summary
Introduction
Our client a leader in the telecommunications industry based in Fourways is looking for a Legal Specialist.
The Legal Specialist will provide support to the commercial contracting team. The Legal Specialist will play a key role in supporting in review and management of contracts in the organisation. Support management on issues pertaining to the legal framework and ensure corporate governance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support in reviewing contracts of the company and identifying risks obligations and required actions.
- Support in drafting and negotiating novation agreements ensuring continuity of contractual rights and obligations.
- Support the legal team in managing projects and tracking conditions for each contract.
- Conduct KYS (Know Your Supplier) reviews and support supplier onboarding from a compliance and contracting perspective.
