Job Summary
Position : Operations Specialist
Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST or 9a-5p PST
Salary Range :$1500-$2000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client
About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent detail-oriented and reliable Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in managing both routine operations and project work with minimal oversight. You will play a key internal role in drafting communications managing data in Excel and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and refine written communications for internal and client-facing purposes
- Manage and analyze data using Excel including complex spreadsheets and formulas
- Operate within a software GUI and collaborate via Slack
- Handle detailed repetitive tasks with care and consistency
- Execute urgent last-minute assignments with quick turnaround when required
- Proactively take ownership of projects and daily responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Diligent detailed and reliable. Able to both propose solutions and ask for help when needed
- Strong computer literacy; especially MS Windows and Excel
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas formatting data handling)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and think critically
- Proven track record of reliability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an environment that demands initiative
- Flexible to U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or IT industries
- Familiarity with tools such as remote desktops Slack and Notion
