Responsibilities:

• Execute basic clubhouse management procedures and respond to general enquiries.
• Attend to members courteously and professionally.
• Inspect indoor and outdoor facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety.
• Handle facility bookings and manage scheduling efficiently.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services preferably in club house management or recreational field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Shift duty required
