Job Summary

In this role you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company perspective vehicles and purchasing options.

Description of the role:
As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative at Ford of Dalton you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships for our dealership. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone email and text
- Set appointments for sales team
- Maintain customer database and follow up with potential leads

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Connect new customers with appropriate sales team member
  • Work with customers in a professional well-spoken manner
  • Direct customers to product information resources including those available online
  • Proactively build out prospecting network
  • Log all activity in a C.R.M
  • Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Time management prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record & valid drivers license
