Salary: $60000 $80000 base commission (DOE)

About the Role
Were expanding our sales team and seeking a Business Development Representative who excels at outbound prospecting building relationships and helping drive revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying qualified prospects understanding customer needs and supporting the sales cycle within the technology space. Strong English communication skills and a fast-paced mindset are key.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through targeted outbound calling and outreach

  • Start conversations to understand pain points and position solutions

  • Support negotiations and help drive opportunities toward close

  • Partner with sales leadership on market expansion strategies and sales campaigns

  • Track activity customer interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM

  • Research competitive offerings industry trends and emerging opportunities

  • Participate in sales and product training to enhance effectiveness

Requirements

  • Experience in business development inside sales or outbound prospecting (tech industry preferred)

  • Clear and professional English communication (written and verbal)

  • Understanding of outbound sales methodologies and modern prospecting tools

  • Strong negotiation persuasion and objection-handling skills

  • Motivated by performance targets and driven to contribute to revenue growth

  • Organized detail-oriented and skilled at follow-through

  • Existing relationships or book of business is a plus (helpful for experienced reps)
