The Revenue Development Representative plays a vital role in our growth system. Youll identify prospects initiate conversations and qualify potential clients into sales-ready opportunities. This role combines research outbound communication and structured qualification to create a measurable pipeline and support the revenue team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers in core markets.
- Reach out through personalized digital channels - email LinkedIn and phone outreach
- Engage with inbound or intent-based leads who have interacted with our website or shown research activity
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and align their needs with Halexos solutions.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development Director
- Maintain accurate company and contact data in the CRM before handoff.
- Revisit and re-engage previously contacted prospects with updated insights or offers
- Report weekly on outreach results SQLs generated and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to share feedback market trends and campaign insights.
- Responsible for achieving monthly SQL and conversion targets aligned to revenue goals
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads each month.
- Maintain excellent CRM accuracy and follow a structured process
- Consistently meeting SQL and conversion targets.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve campaigns
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Confident in client conversations (email chat or phone).
- Expert with or similar lead generation too
- Expert with HubSpot CRM
- Expert in building e-mail social media outreach campaigns
- Consistent track record meeting/exceeding quote
- Organized detail-oriented and analytical.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Curious empathetic and focused on understanding customer needs.
- Highly organized analytical and self-motivated.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in B2B lead generation inside sales or business development.
- Experience working with international clients (US UK AU preferred)
- Background in MSP Software or IT sector is an advantage.
- Account-based marketing and lead generation experience
