Link4 is a global eInvoicing provider operating across Australia NZ Singapore Malaysia Sri Lanka and expanding rapidly. We are looking for a smart detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growing Sales teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales or marketing career who wants exposure to international SaaS government procurement and enterprise sales.
What Youll Do
Support Sales Leaders in AU & NZ with research preparation and sales coordination
Build target lists research companies and identify key decision-makers
Work closely with Marketing to prepare campaign lists follow-ups and event leads
Assist with drafting proposals quotes and standard sales agreements
Coordinate tender submissions and keep documents organized
Maintain CRM accuracy and produce weekly sales activity reports
Prepare slides customer briefs and supporting documents for meetings
Assist with admin tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly
Requirements
Have excellent written and spoken English
Are highly organized with strong attention to detail
Enjoy researching companies markets and people
Can work well with remote teams across time zones
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Want to build a career in sales tenders operations or marketing
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B software SaaS ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to tenders proposals or government procurement
Familiarity with CRM systems (we use Zoho)
