Our Client is a notable and reputed in solar industry known throughout the country. The role supports the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving strategic partnerships. The role includes market research proposal development and sales planning. The position works closely with senior management to achieve revenue and expansion goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads and improve sales performance.
- Encourage and support the sales team with promotions exhibitions and other marketing activities.
- Introduce new marketing ideas to stay competitive in the current market environment.
- Promote company products for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Report forecasted marketing activities to the Head of Business for business development planning.
- Coordinate exhibitions while negotiating stall pricing and related costs to control overhead expenses.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while supporting overall team goals.
- Coordinate with branches to assist them with sales activities.
- Organize training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market threats using effective marketing strategies.
- Drive overall new sales growth while identifying and responding to competitor activities and utilizing marketing tools efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant business software.
- Ability to analyse data prepare reports and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
