Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic andcross-functional initiatives within a dynamic and international selected professional will manage end-to-end project delivery fromframing and governance setup to execution monitoring and closure ensuringthat timelines budgets and business objectives are consistently met.

This role requires a high level of autonomy analytical thinking and strongleadership skills as it involves coordinating multiplestakeholders (business IT operations and finance) and driving projects thatcontribute to organizational transformation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

ProjectFraming

Define project scope objectives dependenciesand key risks.

Confirm sponsorship and business rationale(including ROI and measurable benefits).

Estimate resources and effort required fordesign and implementation.

Identify and onboard project contributors andkey stakeholders.

Study& Design Phase

Gather and document business requirementstimelines and cost estimates.

Coordinate with experts to design feasible andscalable solutions.

Define the governance structureroles and responsibilities.

Develop the project roadmap resourceplan and budget forecast.

Assess and mitigate project risks andinterdependencies.

ExecutionPhase

Drive roadmap execution ensuring milestones areachieved.

Track progress manage risks and issues anddefine mitigation plans.

Lead governance routines prepare reports andcommunicate progress to stakeholders.

Control budgetconsumption and ensure alignment with project KPIs.

Adjust priorities and timelines as needed tomaintain delivery focus.

CompletionPhase

Conduct project retrospectives to identifylessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Document best practices and update internalproject management methodologies.

Ensure all deliverables meet governance ITarchitecture and control standards.

Technical & ProfessionalSkills

Proven experience (6 years) as a Project Manager / Project Leadin IT or business transformation projects.

Strong analyticaland organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix environmentmanaging peers and cross-functional teams.

Solid experience in governance design budget management and stakeholder reporting.

Strong understanding of IT architecture principlesand operational processes.

Experience working within Agile and hybrid frameworksis a plus.

Language Requirements

English:Fluent (C1 mandatory)

Soft Skills

Excellent communicationand reporting abilities including executive-levelpresentation.

Strong interpersonaland negotiation skills; able to build trust and alignmentacross teams.

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving andresults-oriented mindset.
