Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support astrategic Data Factory programacting as a facilitator for delivery communication and continuousimprovement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoysremoving impediments enabling team autonomy and ensuring clear alignment between delivery teamsand management. You will work in a growing technologicalenvironment where project scope and complexity evolve continuously.
The DataFactory program aims to build a centralized data aggregation and curation platformbased on relational databasesand ETL processes ensuring harmonized high-quality andfit-for-purpose data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily ceremonies andreport on progress blockers risks and planning deviations;
Support end-to-endownership of project delivery ensuring alignment with sponsorcommitments;
Help teams work autonomously and continuously improveremoving organizational and process obstacles;
Actively participate in issue resolution andrisk mitigation;
Organize and facilitate project events and Agile processesincluding PI Planning (quarterly);
Support projectorganization and planning ensuring priorities are clearly definedand respected.
**Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master;
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Hands-on experience with Agile tools particularlyJira;
ITbackground with understanding of:
o ETL processes
o Relational databases
Ability to work in data-driven project environments.
Languages Required
Portuguese:Fluent / Mastery (mandatory)
English:Advanced / C level minimum (mandatory)
French:Nice to have
