Role Overview

We are looking for a Kofax Developer / Analyst to join a Digital Publishing & DocumentManagement squad within a large IT transformation program.

This role focuses on the maintenance evolution and operationalstability of document processing electronic archiving andworkflow applications with a strong emphasis on Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) Kofax Insight technologies.

You will work on a high-volume document processing platformhandling millions of digitaldocuments per year coming from multiple channels (postal mailemail uploads) ensuring accurate extraction workflow automation andseamless integration with back-office systems.

Main Responsibilities

Perform dailyoperational monitoring of document management workflow anddigital publishing applications;

Execute morningchecks reprocessing rejected flows restarting suspended jobsand handling application/server alerts;

Validate the correct functioning of applicationsduring software andinfrastructure upgrades;

Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production incidents;

Provide functionaland technical support to end users;

Communicate incident resolution progress tousers and IT support teams;

Coordinate with external IT/OPS providersfor incident management and change requests;

Deliver correctiveand evolutionary maintenance on document workflows andreporting components;

Design and develop improvements to documentprocessing workflows;

Track and report product bugs with the Kofax vendor;

Produce dailyoperational reports (processing volumes backlog throughput);

Model structured documents to improve RAD / LAD extraction rates;

Analyze KofaxInsight statistics and propose continuous improvement actions.

**Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)and Kofax Insight;

Strong experience application maintenance anddevelopment;

Solid knowledge of SQL scripting;

Experience working in Agile / Scrumenvironments;

Background in IT development and/or application support;

Degree in ComputerScience Informatics or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
