DSHS FTAA IT Customer Support Senior
Join our team as an IT Customer Support Senior in Olympia within the Finance Technology and Analytics Administration (FTAA). In this role you will provide primary information technology (IT) support to the DSHS Office of the Secretary (OOS) FTAA and their subdivisions. Reporting directly to the ExecIT Manager you will ensure smooth and reliable operations by building configuring and maintaining a wide variety of IT equipment including desktops laptops (including Apple Mac) mobile devices (iPhones iPads) and peripherals. You will also support teleconferencing systems in executive offices and conference rooms and troubleshoot remote connectivity from any agency-approved location enabling secure and efficient access to state IT systems for both state-owned and personal devices. This position is critical to keeping DSHS leadership and teams connected and productive across the agency.
