Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and network issues.
Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Create and update technical documentation and manuals.
Assist in training end-users on new technologies and software applications.
Ensure security and privacy of data by implementing proper measures.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional setting.
Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applications.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or complex care needs is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $60000 per year
Maximum Salary: $94000 per year
