We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Amtex Systems Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients troubleshooting technical problems and offering solutions to enhance their overall experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients in resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Install and configure software applications updates and patches as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for technical challenges.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
    • Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Desired Experience:

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
      • Experience with software development online media or cybersecurity is a plus.
      • Certifications in ITIL CompTIA or other relevant areas are advantageous.
      • Salary & Benefits:

        • Salary Range: $65000 - $93000 per year
