Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone email or in person

- Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and perform password resets
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document troubleshooting steps resolutions and user feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems software and network administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience
- Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
