Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders returns and exchanges
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 per year
- Currency: USD
- Frequency: Annual
