Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential clients to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Sales and Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Develop customized sales pitches and business proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Market Research and Strategy Development
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Business Development Support
Lead and participate in networking events industry conferences and trade fairs.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and business development updates.
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling company-related information ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal policies.
Adhere to the companys information security guidelines including proper storage transmission and disposal of sensitive materials.
Promptly report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized access to the appropriate company authority.
Participate in periodic data protection training to stay informed about evolving security risks and best practices. General Assignment
Execute any other duties and tasks that may be designated or assigned by the Company.
Participate in the knowledge sharing programme of the department and the company
To provide supports to your Team Lead/ Branch Manager as may be required towards serving the Board Management and staff.
KPIs and Performance Metrics:
1. Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified leads converted to sales.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Percentage of individual sales targets met.
3. Client Retention Rate: Percentage of returning clients and renewal rates.
4. Market Expansion: Number of new business partnerships secured.
5. Market Insights: Number of useful insights shared with the team.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related fields.
46 years of experience in sales business development or a related role
Professional certifications such as CIIN CIM or equivalent) are an added advantage
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of motivation and target-driven mindset.
