Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and increasing revenue across our real estate and mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and close new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking referrals and digital channels

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients developers and partners

  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company offerings

  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to convert opportunities

  • Track business activities leads and performance in the CRM system

  • Meet assigned revenue and growth targets



Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (real estate is an advantage)

  • Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms

  • HND/BSc in Business Marketing or a related field
