Job Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in Orthotics and Prosthetics or medical sales to leverage their expertise in a sales role. The key responsibilities focus on developing sales strategies conducting product demonstrations and building strong client relationships. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities collaborating with marketing and staying informed about industry trends. Attending industry events is crucial for networking and lead generation. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically proficient and has strong sales acumen.
Qualifications :
Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics (CPO) or a related technical field.
Techno-Commercial experience preferably within the O&P industry medical devices sector or a related field for min 5 years. Strong technical understanding of O&P products and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport and trust.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
