About the Opportunity

Healthcare Primary & Secondary Care (Hospital and Clinical Services). We are hiring an on-site entry-level medical professional to support inpatient outpatient and emergency services at a busy clinical facility in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. This role suits MBBS graduates seeking hands-on clinical exposure supervised ward responsibilities and patient-centred care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform supervised morning and evening ward rounds assess inpatients and document clinical findings and treatment plans.
• Undertake initial assessment stabilization and triage of emergency patients; escalate to seniors as required.
• Provide OPD consultations and follow-up care prescribe treatments and maintain accurate outpatient records.
• Carry out routine clinical procedures such as IV cannulation wound suturing catheterisation and basic bedside investigations.
• Coordinate with nursing staff lab and radiology for prompt diagnostics and execute prescribed interventions.
• Adhere to infection control policies hospital protocols and patient safety standards while contributing to handover and shift reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS degree with completion of internship.
• Registration with the State Medical Council / NMC (valid and active).
• Basic Life Support(BLS) certification or equivalent training in basic resuscitation.
• Proficiency in ECG interpretation and basic emergency management.
• Competence in IV cannulation wound suturing and common bedside procedures.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with hospital record-keeping.

Preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS) certification.
• Prior internship rotations in emergency medicine or general medicine.
• Experience in OPD patient flow management and basic use of hospital information systems.
