Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to meet revenue goals analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agents and event planners; manage key accounts.
Prospecting & Networking: Identify new business opportunities conduct site tours attend trade shows and network to secure bookings.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals for rooms meetings and events.
Coordination: Work with marketing catering and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.
Reporting: Track sales performance monitor KPIs update CRM and report on progress.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality sales.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills for market and trend analysis.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Familiarity with hotel CRM/sales software (e.g. Delphi).
