Job Summary

A leading FMCG is in the market for an HR Officer responsible for implementing HR policies and programs administering employee benefits assisting with recruitment and onboarding and serving as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
Salary:
  • Negotiable
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.

  • Advise and support line managers on disciplinary grievance and performance management issues.

  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and mediating workplace disputes

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll (including new hires leavers and amendments).

  • Coordinate and process employee time-off and attendance records.

  • Assist with salary reviews and compensation benchmarking

Key Skills:

  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee issues and implement effective HR strategies

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience (e.g. 2 years) working in a Human Resources role.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
