A leading FMCG is in the market for an HR Officer responsible for implementing HR policies and programs administering employee benefits assisting with recruitment and onboarding and serving as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
Salary:
Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.

Advise and support line managers on disciplinary grievance and performance management issues.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and mediating workplace disputes
-
Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll (including new hires leavers and amendments).

Coordinate and process employee time-off and attendance records.

Assist with salary reviews and compensation benchmarking
Key Skills:
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee issues and implement effective HR strategies
Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience (e.g. 2 years) working in a Human Resources role.

Strong knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
