We are passionate about timeless elegance craftsmanship and creating memorable experiences for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team and help clients find jewellery pieces that resonate with their style occasions and emotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional friendly and engaging manner.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Showcase jewellery pieces with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Convert potential leads and walk-ins into successful sales by building trust and delivering value.
  • Proactively follow up with prospective clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Handle sales transactions including invoicing and processing payments.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure jewellery is presented to high visual standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty.
  • Keep updated with latest jewellery trends collections and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock audits.
  • Handle customer queries concerns or after-sales issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year in luxury retail jewellery sales or similar customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify buying signals and confidently close sales.
  • Passion for fine jewellery gemstones and luxury products.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Professional grooming and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any graduate / postgraduate
  • Diploma/certification in jewellery design gemology or luxury retail (not mandatory)
  • Multilingual abilities (especially English regional/local languages)
  • Prior experience with high-net-worth clientele preferable.
