Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s business operations drive growth and oversee the strategic roadmap toward becoming a listed company by 2035. The ideal candidate will serve as the Business Head ensuring excellence across Sales Service Operations and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations including Sales Service Operations and Profit & Loss (P&L).
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
Spearhead initiatives to position the company for public listing by 2035.
Act as a strategic business leader and advisor to the Director and Board.
Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all business functions.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams clients and stakeholders.
Ensure company policies performance standards and business ethics are maintained.
Stay accessible and available for key business needs on a 24×7 basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role preferably in the Waterproofing or Paint industry.
Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in managing Sales Service and Operations.
Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute long-term goals.
Must be proactive result-oriented and adaptable.
Age: Up to 40 years.
Compensation:
Salary: 12 LPA (Negotiable based on candidate’s experience and expertise)
