Job Responsibility
Lead all recruiting efforts to attract talented candidates for call center positions.
Handle the entire process from postingjob openings screening applicants interviewing candidates using behavioral techniques and making job offers in collaboration with call center management to meet staffing needs.
Cultivate a positive work environment and advise managers on employee issues including disciplinary actions.
Design and deliver structured training programs for new and existing call center employees with a strong focus on sales performance.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners to increase candidate sourcing options
Work closely with these partners to determine hiring needs create recruitment plans evaluate their performance provide feedback and ensure successful hires are made through these channels.
Develop engaging delivery methods tailored for a high-performance sales environment.
Handle employee grievances while also administering employee recognition programs.
