Experience : min 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics data analysis or HR operations Experience with data visualization tool Kibana
Salary : 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Collect clean and analyze HR data related to hiring attrition performance compensation engagement and diversity
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards reports and scorecards for leadership
- Track and report key HR metrics (e.g. headcount turnover time-to-hire absenteeism)
- Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives
- Analyze employee lifecycle data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with HR business partners and recruiters to provide data-driven insights
- Assist in designing and analyzing employee surveys and engagement data
- Ensure accuracy consistency and confidentiality of HR data
- Support compliance reporting and audits when required
- Recommend process improvements based on analytical findings
