Role: Area Business Manager (ABM / FLM)
Job Location: Visakhapatnam
Reporting To: Regional Business Manager (RBM)
Role Objective: The Area Business Manager ( ABM / FLM ) will be responsible for driving sales managing a team and expanding the OTC and Generic business in the assigned territory. The role requires strong chemist (retail) handling experience team leadership and execution excellence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle and lead a team of 5–6 Business Executives
• Drive primary and secondary sales targets for OTC and Generic products
• Strong chemist and retail handling with focus on visibility and availability
• Ensure effective execution of sales plans schemes and promotions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with chemists retailers distributors and stockists
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance
• Track market trends competitor activity and share market feedback with management
• Ensure proper stock management collections and claims handling
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and reporting systems
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: Strong experience in chemist handling (retail)
• Segment Exposure: Generic & OTC experience is mandatory
• Education: Any Graduate
• Age: 35 – 40 years
• Candidates with field leadership (FLM/ABM) exposure will be preferred
