Salary : HK$18427 HK$26908 (HGPS point 3 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform PC hardware and software installation.

2. Perform troubleshooting of PC hardware software and network connection problem.

3. Co-ordinate with users and vendors on PC installation.

4. Keeping and updating of inventory records and IT related documentation.

out administration tasks as required by individual team head for implementing the IT solutions in the areas of responsibility.

6. Provide after office hours system support.

7. Perform on-site support duty at different hospitals/institutions in Hong Kong East Cluster.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

1. (a)Passes in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or equivalent.

(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

Level 2 in English Language and Mathematics; and

Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ GradeE in Other Language subjects;

or equivalent.

2. Completed a recognized diploma or higher course in IT of at least 2 years in duration.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure:

1.1 year working experience in IT operation field.

in PC and mobile device installation configuration and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating system & MS Office problem handling and network configuration in hospital environment.

3. Self-initiated self-motivated and able to work independently.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
