Job Summary
-Ensure that the manufacturing process is run as per the desired quality of product requirement.
-Manage the complete industrialization process for new products by budgeting for CAPEX deciding the timelines plant layouts installation of machines testing and roll out of the production.
-Design fixtures and tools and make it operational at plants and at subcontracting vendors.
-Modify tools and fixtures to reduce the cycle times (increasing efficiencies).
-Maintain fixtures tools machines plants etc. and keep control on the expenses.
-Set cycle time output for existing and new processes by applying MOST system.
-Review and audit production processes and check for non-compliances as per standard operating procedures.
-Update utilization of resources in the ERP system to control PRI (manufacturing cost).
-Implement the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 norms by conducting environmental tests of products and conducting audits.
