Job Summary
Position: Assistant Manager - HR &Admin
Location: Ernakulam
Experience: Min 10 years of Relevant Experience in End to End HR Activities
Salary : 30000 -45000
Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and
* procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.
* Maintains effective communications at all levels of managementand staff.
* Assists in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the organization that allows for open two-way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels
* Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.
