Job Summary

A leading Automobile Company is looking for a strategic and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage and optimize customer relationship processes for our automobile business. The role involves improving customer engagement retention lead conversion and after-sales experience through effective CRM systems and data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales Service Marketing and Dealer teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Dealer CRM / Salesforce / Zoho / OEM CRM)

  • Track customer lifecycle from lead generation to after-sales service

  • Improve lead conversion ratios and customer retention

  • Analyze customer data behavior and feedback

  • Design and execute customer engagement & loyalty programs

  • Coordinate with Sales Service & Marketing teams

  • Monitor follow-ups test drive conversions and booking closures

  • Handle customer complaints escalations and grievance resolution

  • Generate CRM reports dashboards & MIS

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance
