About the Role:
We are seeking high-caliber legal professionals to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of post-qualification experience with a strong academic background from leading law schools and demonstrated expertise in litigation contract management compliance due diligence and M&A. Candidates with exposure to the hospitality sector will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters across civil commercial and regulatory domains.
- Draft review and vet a variety of legal agreements and commercial contracts.
- Support legal due diligence and compliance reviews for ongoing and prospective business transactions.
- Understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions including due diligence and negotiations.
- Advise and assist on legal matters related to HR/labor issues including employee disputes and policy compliance.
- Assist with indirect tax-related legal activities ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel for legal representation and strategy.
- Provide proactive legal advisory support to business and operations teams.
- Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws rules and corporate policies.
