Job Summary

Sales Development Associate

  • As a Sales Development Associate (SDA) you should be enthusiastic about learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads for our sales teams. This role is a precursor to being promoted to a Business Development Representative where you will receive continuing sales education learn how to prospect for the different selling departments at Park Place Technologies and gain more insight into all of the products and services we offer our prospective and existing customers. The Business Development Representative role is the step before an account manager role. Time in the Sales Development Associate role is generally 3 to 4 months.

What youll be doing:

  • Learn about Park Place Technologies our portfolioof offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Leverageprospecting techniquessuch as cold calling emailscalendar invitesand social media to generate qualified leads and schedulediscoverycallsfor membersof our different sales teams.
  • Receivetraining on how to use our sales engagement tools our customer relationship management systeminternal resources as well as other tools for identifying and engaging potential customers.
  • Learnhow to build targeted prospecting lists craft outbound messaging identify influencers and key decision makers anddiscoveropportunities for Park Place Technology to earn new and additional business.
  • Participatein daily trainingsessionscoveringtechnology salesskills and mock prospecting engagements to develop your understanding of our business and how toidentify qualified sellingopportunities.
  • Learnhow different parts of the organization work together to support our internal and external customers.
  • Develop strong organizational skills and managing your daily active to achieve defined performance metrics.
  • Other duties and activities as assigned.

What were looking for:

  • 0-6 months of related professional development experience that may include the following: internship professional group in school sales business development marketing lead generation and/or prospecting (preferred).

Bonus Points:

  • Interest in and availability to relocate.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Travel:

  • 10%
