The Role
We are seeking a high-energy execution-focused Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales this role you arent just a strategist you are the engine room manager. You will lead both our Inbound and Outbound teams ensuring that every lead is pursued every process is followed and every representative is performing at their peak.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales your primary mission is to control execution. You will take the overarching sales goals and turn them into daily wins through rigorous coaching process implementation and performance management.
What Youll Do:
Direct People Management: Lead mentor and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives.
Execution & Accountability: Drive the team to meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly KPIs. You are responsible for the how of hitting the numbers.
Process Implementation: Standardize and enforce sales workflows scripts and outreach cadences to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Inbound & Outbound Oversight: Balance the teams focus between responding to hot leads (inbound) and driving proactive growth (outbound) within the apparel and custom product space.
Real-Time Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1s call monitoring and live coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and objection handling.
CRM Discipline: Manage and optimize our CRM usage ensuring data integrity and that no lead falls through the cracks.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales to provide boots on the ground feedback and implement new initiatives quickly and efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
Proven Leadership: 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager specifically managing people in a high-volume environment.
Dual Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing both Inbound (lead conversion) and Outbound (prospecting/cold outreach) teams.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in E-commerce Startups or Apparel/Product Manufacturing is highly preferred.
Execution Mindset: You enjoy the grind of sales management: tracking metrics fixing broken processes and motivating people.
CRM Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Pipedrive) and sales engagement platforms.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to provide radical candor and constructive feedback.
Availability: Ability to work during US Eastern and Pacific hours.
