Job Summary
This is a remote position.
We are hiring a high-performing Outbound Sales Agent to support U.S.-based telecom sales across Direct Fiber Internet (DFI) and Spectrum services.
This role focuses on using our internal lead system engaging prospects delivering excellent customer experience and driving qualified opportunities. You will operate as an extension of our U.S. team and play a key role in building and converting pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation (System-Driven):
Learn and effectively use to identify qualified leads
Validate and enhance leads using Google and online research
- Outbound Sales & Customer Engagement:
Conduct cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the right solution
- Product Sales:
Promote and position:
- Dedicated Fiber Internet (DFI)
- Secure Dedicated Fiber (SDFI)
- Enterprise Internet (EI)
- Wireless Internet & Spectrum services (business residential)
- Customer Experience:
Build rapport through active listening professionalism and clear communication
Ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to meeting hand-off
- Meeting Setup & Pipeline Management:
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team
Maintain accurate updates in Harvest CRM
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries
Requirements
- 13 years in outbound sales / SDR / call center roles
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Proven ability in cold calling and objection handling
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and workflows
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Google-based research
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity
- Neutral English accent preferred
- Ability to work U.S. business hours Tools & Environment
