Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a Facility Maintenance Team of Front Line Maintenance in Urban Line to implement all maintenance activities to ensure the equipment and facilities in stations and ancillary buildings are functioning to the required standard
- Conduct technical investigation on equipment failure analysis on maintenance requirement and make recommendation to improve the performance level and long term remedial/modifications
- Manage supervise and monitor the performance of maintenance service contractors and improvement works implementation in accordance with the contractual requirements
- Conduct financial expenses and budgetary issues of responsible maintenance zone for maintenance related activities and resources in terms of manpower planning and arrange staff roster plan
- Support asset condition and capability assessment and propose improvement initiative for uplifting the performance equipment
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years post-graduate relevant experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Good knowledge of general engineering practices preferably with practical experience in multi-engineering disciplines
- Good interpersonal communication analytical and problem-solving skills
