- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Bengaluru region
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Bengaluru market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
- Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and business landscape
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining key client relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging trends
- Sales management certifications are preferred but not required
