HR Business Partner

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to Project Managers and Operations Leaders within our BPO delivery teams ensuring consistent and effective people management practices across projects.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for 23 Project Managers (depending on project size) providing expert guidance on all people-related matters.
• Translate organizational and HR strategies into actionable plans for assigned project teams.
• Use data and insights to identify people trends and recommend targeted interventions to improve performance engagement and retention.
• Cascade and ensure consistent execution of core HR processes and programs (e.g. performance management engagement surveys recognition and career development initiatives).
• Act as the process owner for HR within assigned projectsidentifying issues coordinating solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
• Support Project Managers through all performance management phases including goal-setting performance reviews and development planning.
• Coach and enable leaders to adopt effective people management practices and lead high-performing teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted training and capability-building initiatives for project teams.
• Contribute to broader HR projects and organizational programs as required.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOULL NEED

Must-Have Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
• 5 years and above experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR roles preferably in a BPO operations or service delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes performance management and employee engagement practices.
• Ability to interpret peoples data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive adaptable and able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

Preferred Background:

• Member of a professional HR association
• Experience supporting multiple business leaders or project teams simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
