We are looking for an HR Officer / L&D Officer who is excited by structure targets and measurable outcomes and who wants to help build disciplined people processes early in their career.
The Role
You will support the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on performance management recruitment execution and capability building. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation follow-through and helping teams perform at their best.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree (Social Sciences or related discipline).
- NYSC completed.
- Strong organisational analytical and follow-up skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A disciplined proactive mindset with a desire to grow in HR and performance management.
