Job Summary

Our client a leading agribusiness organization in Nigeria is seeking a Head HR & Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Human Resources Administration and Corporate Affairs support.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping people strategy strengthening governance and ensuring the organization has the right talent systems and culture to deliver business goals.
What Youll Do
Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee talent acquisition performance management succession planning and employee engagement
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies
Provide oversight of office administration facilities and support services
Support corporate affairs stakeholder engagement and internal communications
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people and organizational matters
Requirements
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field (Masters/HR certification is an advantage)
Minimum of 10 years HR & Admin experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to influence lead change and engage stakeholders
Experience in agribusiness FMCG or complex operational environments is a plus
