Job Summary

About the Role
You will act as a strategic generalist supporting the Founder across multiple functions leading key projects that span business development operations product marketing customer experience and partnerships. You’ll help design internal systems identify growth opportunities optimise processes and execute our strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Founder with day-to-day business operations while independently managing high-priority projects.
2. Lead initiatives across business development operations product marketing partnerships and internal process optimisation.
3. Design refine and improve internal operational structures and workflows.
4. Assist in shaping the organisational structure identifying capability gaps and supporting strategic hiring.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems enhance processes and manage projects across client onboarding customer care logistics and accounts.
6. Conduct market competitor and business model analysis to identify strategic opportunities including store expansion private-label growth and potential acquisitions.
7. Identify initiate and manage partnerships that drive business growth.
8Use research and data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
9. Work with the Founder to define and execute detailed steps on the company’s strategic growth roadmap.
10. Lead and manage mission-critical projects to drive scale improve efficiency and support operational excellence.

Job Requirement

3–6 years of high-quality experience in operations strategy consulting investment banking tech or a high-growth start-up/scale-up.
Strong strategic thinking ability with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data extract insights and make commercially sound recommendations.
A genuine personal interest in Hair Beauty or Fashion is an added advantage.
