| - Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Business & IT product owners application users QA & feature teams) to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications that the technical team can implement.
- Work closely with developers and architects to ensure that proposed solutions align with the technical capabilities.
- Perform functional fit/gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities
- Develop and maintaindetailedfunctional documents/user guides including UAT plans use cases and scope matrices.
- Support with tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and advise on potential development opportunities liase with business to implement the best practices and procedures to enhance end user experience

What should you bring along
| - Ability to produce clear and concise documentation including requirement specifications user stories UAT plans use cases and scope matrix and reports.
- Knowledge of Agile practices (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and tools (e.g. Confluence & JIRA) to work effectively in Agile teams.
- Skills in creating test cases executing tests and ensuring that solutions meet business requirements before implementation.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Confluence SharePoint) for documenting and tracking project progress.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to negotiate prioritize explain technical information and manage client relationships

Must have technical skill | - Experience with Jira Confluence and Xray for managing requirements test case creation execution and traceability.
- Proficient in requirement gathering writing user stories UAT plans and test cases.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization to support decision-making.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban for effective team collaboration.

Good to have technical skills | - Understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Any Prototyping tools (E.g. Figma) to create mockup
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud)
