Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Staffing Sales / Business Development Executive with proven experience in US IT contract staffing to acquire and manage direct client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing IT contract requirements from US clients onboarding new accounts and working closely with recruiters to fulfill positions on C2C and W2 models.
This role requires strong US market exposure excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify target and onboard new US direct clients for IT contract staffing.
Generate IT contract requirements across technologies ( SAP Cloud Data DevOps etc.).
Build long-term relationships with Hiring Managers VMS contacts Procurement teams and MSPs.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation client meetings MSA execution requirement flow.
Sales & Account Management
Obtain daily/weekly contract requirements from direct clients.
Negotiate bill rates terms and margins with clients.
Ensure smooth client onboarding (MSA NDA payment terms).
Recruitment Coordination
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick submission and closures.
Provide recruiters with clear job requirements rate details and client expectations.
Track submissions interviews offers and placements.
Market & Pipeline Management
Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM or internal trackers.
Stay updated with US IT staffing trends skill demands and market rates.
Represent the company professionally in all US client communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
10 years of experience in US IT staffing sales / business development.
Proven ability to bring direct client requirements (not only vendor/MSP).
Strong understanding of US staffing models: C2C W2 1099.
Experience selling IT contract staffing services in the US market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US clients).
Comfortable working night shift (EST time zone) from India.
Good to Have
Existing direct client relationships in the US.
Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass Beeline etc.).
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
Knowledge of US compliance basics (work authorization types contracts).
Performance Expectations
Consistent new client onboarding.
Regular flow of contract requirements.
Successful closures and revenue generation.
Strong collaboration with recruiting and delivery teams.
