Responsibilities:

Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders integration teams and vendor partners to align IT service delivery with global priorities and operational needs.
Monitor analyze and resolve incidents within SLA to minimize business disruption.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues propose sustainable fixes and coordinate implementation with development infrastructure and third-party teams.
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system reliability reduce manual interventions and increase efficiency in sustainment activities.

Eligibility:

2 years of experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
